This brief is drawn up by S. Glos Council as planning guidance for the developers. Available also at Patchway Town Council office 10am -2pm

This link takes you to LDF documents out for consultation page of the southglos.gov.uk website. On the right of the page find the navigation bar labelled Read more which offers sections 1-4 of the development brief to download.

Very densely printed material, so focus on small sections and print them out!

Especially, section two (pages 29 -42) deals with the nuts and bolts such as: urban development concept / transport / link road / public transport / landscape and open space / social concept, social housing etc.

2) Northfield Design and Access Statement (October 2006)

Not available to download, may be viewed at Patchway Town Council office 10am -2pm.

This is the detailed Master Plan for the proposed development drawn up by developers Bovis and land owners BAe systems. Very interesting, clear detail and well illustrated.

3) Joint Local Transport Plan (2006 - 2011)

The regional transport plan covers council areas Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol city, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
