This past week 12 - 16th Oct has been a hectic round of largely confidential Patchway planning meetings - many confidential. The confidentiality simply prevents comment prior to Public consultation. Major projects in Patchway include the Charlton Hayes development and accompanying road network and the Young Persons Hub at the top of Rodway Road. The proposal for a new Community Centre has been dropped but is seems likely the Rodway Road Community Centre will be refurbished. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of the building projects is their speed! All are set to be completed by the end of 2011.
